I bought my first investment property in Reno a few years ago and expected to rent it out and sell it in a few more years for a profit. I came to Reno for a weekend visit to help make upgrades on the home and I never left! I ended up selling my home in the bay area and relocated to Reno permanently. Everyday I find new things to appreciate in this city and I plan on living here for a long time. Most importantly, my kids also agree with me!
