We leverage our intimate understanding of the Reno/Sparks area communities & neighborhoods to help you set the optimal asking price based on the market trends of TODAY, not last month. Our comprehensive market analysis looks at all recently sold properties not simply based on location, but ALL characteristics of the property that can help identify the true value of your home.

    We combine these 90-day real-time reports and analysis with our 32+ years experience in the Reno/Sparks area market to properly time the market correctly. We are constantly evolving our techniques to make the most impact in the modern market. We utilize a blend of traditional media (print, TV, post cards, open houses) and combine that with modern online web & social syndication and advertising. PHOTOGRAPHY – Professional Shoot + Virtual Tour
We will have a professional photographer shoot new photos of your property to ensure the listing stands out from the competition and looks great on marketing creatives and the MLS. Text and QR codes on our “For Sale” signs allow prospective buyers to take a virtual tour of your home using their smartphones.

SOCIAL MEDIA – Active Reno Market Followers
Posts to our Instagram account with over 3,000 followers have a high rate of engagement which means more exposure and more showings. Your home will be featured across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn where we will showcase your new professional photos. When we schedule an Open House these platforms will be utilized to spread awareness and get more potential buyers to the front door.

ONLINE – Website Syndication
Currently averaging 900 unique users per month on our renohomesale.net website. Many of these users are highly engaged and searching for home using our property search tools. We will feature your home prominently on the top of our home-page “Featured Listings” section. Our listings are promoted online by a global syndication that includes more than 50 of the top real estate websites on the Internet.

ONLINE – Advanced Digital Advertising
We utilize state-of-the-art marketing methods to advertise to people who are actively “in-the-market” for real estate based on their online activity. These ads get prominently featured where people spend their browsing time on sites like Reno Gazette Journal, USA TODAY, CNN, or Google.

We also leverage the same advanced technology to target potential buyers in-the-market on social media such as Facebook & Instagram.
